Yes, give yourself some much needed and deserved "timeout" and relax with like-minded people and enjoy a day of rejuvenation and fun in Clara House Estate, Clara Co Offaly. Learn to drum the HealthRhyrhms programme, for relaxation/motivation/recreation, and de-stress with some and Thi-Chi. Get some fresh air in your lungs with a nature walk in the surrounding grounds...and there are other treatments available if you wish to use them at an extra cost. the full programme is as follows;
10am - 12.30 Intro & Drumming
12.30 - 1.30 lunch
1.30 - 3.30 : Tai Chi / Use of thermal suite / Short Guided walk of grounds

3.30 -5.30 : Drumming Session
